10月7日、山下公園お祭り広場で開催された、横浜
ワールドフェスタ。世界の料理を食べに行きました
が、コレだッ！て言うお店がなかったのでお隣の
中華街に歩いて移動。
さて、横浜中華街
中華街メイン通りの脇道（多分名前があるだろ？）
にある此方のお店。
店内は左右にテーブル席がある縦長のレイアウト。
テーブルの間隔もあり窮屈ではありません。
この日は、
五目焼きそば
→青梗菜、イカ、キクラゲ、うずら卵、メンマ、
にんじん、あと何だっけ？を餡掛けにした具。
そして、柔らかな焼きそばを軽く揚げたてしっと
り&パリパリ食感がたまりません。旨し
渡り蟹のスパイシー炒め
→渡り蟹の四川炒め。渡り蟹なのでカニ肉は少ない
が味付けは良いが辛い。カニの身を食べるのでは
無くカニのシェル事、チューチューして味を楽しむ
ものかなぁ？
チューチューする事に辛さが増し、最後には舌が
麻痺して食べられませんでした。
コリャ相当な激辛料理ですわ。
紹興酒
→中華街に来たらやはり紹興酒です♪中華料理
に合う合う。
