食べ放題＋飲み放題5,120円を予約、会社の同僚と訪問しました。
以下箇条書きで失礼します。
小籠包・点心・蒸し物: どれもフレッシュでクオリティが高く(冷食のような味・臭いは一切無し)、同僚はチョンファンとホタテのニンニク蒸しをおかわりしてました。
スペアリブの豆チ蒸し: オイスターソースの風味と適度な胡椒加減が美味でした。
白身魚の四川風: 同僚には辛すぎたようですが、私は本場と同じ味付けだったので満足でした。
エビチリ: 悪くないですが、私には少し辛さ控えめでパンチがないように感じました。
豚の角煮: 甘辛さもちょうどよく、肉もトロトロで美味でした。
北京ダック: 皮は肉が適度にあるので食べ応えがあり美味しいです。包むための皮も適度な弾力があってOKでした。
※注文する時のコツ
注文〜テーブルが早いので、数が分からないものは最初は1つづつ注文し、不足分を後から足す方が良いです。我々は最初全て人数分注文したところ、テーブルの上が満杯になりゆっくり食事が出来ませんでした...
