I visited on a Saturday night without a reservation. Shop: Just a short walk from the south exit of Ishikawacho Station in the direction of Yamate Tunnel. On the left side of the same building are casual Italian Cuisine restaurants. When you enter, there is a spacious counter seat on the right side. The table seating area is on the left. The table seats are separated by curtains, giving the feeling of a private room. The kitchen is hidden at the back right of the store and cannot be seen by customers. The entire restaurant was dimly lit, and the lights above the tables illuminated the food in a very nice atmosphere. Food: A la carte as there are no reservations. However, there is a sufficient lineup from hors d'oeuvres to solid main dishes. What's more, the menu list even lists recommended wines that go well with the dishes. This time, we had hors d'oeuvres, mackerel rillettes, oil-marinated Oyster, butter-grilled turban shell bourguignon, and for the main dish, we had Hokkaido duck thigh cassoulet. The dishes are very carefully prepared and the amount of salt is moderate. Even the cassoulet has perfectly crispy skin and is elegant and flawless. Even though it was an a la carte menu, it was sophisticated. Wine: There was a glass menu of bubbles, white, orange and red. (The selection of bottles is unknown) The menu includes an explanation of the characteristics of each wine, which is very helpful. My only choice of champagne was Janison Baladon, which didn't suit my tastes, but I enjoyed the other wines I received as expected. In particular, the orange wine Baby Bandito was refreshing and delicious. Summary: Chef Kido trained in Yokohama for over 20 years and opened this restaurant independently in April 2023. I think the arms are definitely good too. Moreover, the customer service was excellent, and at first I thought he was a service professional. . . There's a sign outside the restaurant that says ``Just a glass of wine,'' so I think this restaurant can be used as both an authentic French cuisine and Wine Bar.
