横浜市・中華街エリアにある中華料理店です。
地下鉄 元町・中華街駅から徒歩７分で、香港路沿いにこちらのお店はあります。
目的のお店が無くなっていたので、迷って周りを見渡すと「四川」「陳」の文字が目に入ってきた。
明らかに麻婆豆腐発祥店の「陳麻婆豆腐店」とは違うと分かるが食してみることにしました。
場所は皇朝の向かいで、景徳鎮の隣りです。
おすすめセットメニューが５種類、「陳麻婆豆腐」「四川ホイコーロー」「白身魚と高菜の漬け物の四川煮込み」「鶏肉とピーナッツの辛口炒め」「豚肉の四川風激辛煮込み」各1000円、その中から勿論こちらをオーダー。
♦陳麻婆豆腐 950円(税込)
セット内容は、ザーサイ・中華スープ・ライス・杏仁豆腐。
本場の香辛料と牛肉で作る名物の麻婆豆腐らしい。
後引く旨さにハマる！唐辛子のラーと四川山椒のマーが効いた本家の味と違い、マーが足りない気がする。
しかし、もちろん辛いだけでなく、深い旨味も抜群の一品です。 濃厚かつ旨辛な味わいはヤミツキになること間違いなし。
さすが四川名菜店を唄うだけあって、ザーサイも赤くて、一般的なザーサイの辛さとは一線を画す辛さの物であった。
スープの味は申し分ないが、壺のような容器で提供され、それをレンゲでいただくのは飲みにくく、容器に情緒はあるがカップの方が良かったと思った。
メニューに1000円と書いてあったが、何故か会計は950円だったのは嬉しい誤算。
本家よりチョッピリマイルドな辛さながら、コスパはかなり良いセットであった。
