あざみ野駅のすぐ横にある炭火焼き権八さんに初めてお伺いしました。天ぷら屋さんの権八さんには行ったことがあるのですが、炭火焼きのお店は初めてです。入口を入ると１階と２階に行く階段が分かれており、２階が炭火焼きの権八さんです。17:00に予約をし、時間どおりに到着。土曜日の夕方、すでに満席で、予約がない方は入口付近で待っていらっしゃいました。

１杯目のビール、うまい！
権八サラダは水菜のシャキシャキ感がとても良いです。ドレッシングはかなり薄めですが、素材が良いのでその味をよく生かしていると思います。また、海苔の風味も強いです。美味しい。
このお店にもありました、海老の唐揚げ。どんなジャンルのお店でも、あれば必ず注文する大好物です。今日の白海老はひとつひとつが大きめで、食感が良いです。少し濃いめの味付けでとても美味しい。
そして串です。鶏ももはふっくらと焼き上げられていて柔らかい。身もしっかりしています。炭火の香りがとても良い。焼きの技術が高いのでしょう。鶏かわはタレで焼かれていて、味がしっかりしています。ぼんじりはひとつひとつの味が大きく食べ応えがあります。それぞれの串を、前半はそのまま、後半は七味をかけて頂きます。いつものルーティンです。鶏かわとぼんじりはさらに１本ずつ追加注文しました。
最後に焼きおにぎりを頂きました。丁寧に、よく焼かれていて、外側は焦げ目しっかりでパリパリです。こういう焼きおにぎり、久しぶりに食べました。まじで美味しい。
安定した美味しい料理と丁寧な接客。
