③ 山形豚の鉄板焼き〜ロメスコソース: 豚はかなりボリュームがあって程良い焼き加減で厚切り。ソースはトマトとアーモンドとあと何かをペーストにしたもので、食べたことがない味だけど美味しかった。付け合わせの野菜はジャガイモ、さつまいも、カボチャ、栗、銀杏、細長いピーマンでなかなか豪勢です。
⑤ 牛ラグーのラザニア〜ボローニャ風: 熱々でお肉とトマトソースとチーズがたっぷり入ってて、もうとにかく旨いの一言！
サラダも野菜がたっぷり。ドレッシングはバルサミコとオリーブオイルがベース。

It has crab and cream cheese inside, and the sauce is American sauce. I think this is a dish that you can rarely find anywhere else.
