月曜日の19:30に予約をして来店。
店内はほぼ満席でした。
スタッフの方が丁寧にメニューについて説明してくださり、お店のオススメも教えてくださいました。
お通しでは、ポン酢ジュレがけトマトの豆腐を出していただきました。これがまた暑い夏にぴったりの一品。サッパリとしたポン酢とトマト豆腐の相性が抜群です。お通しから非常にクオリティが高かったです！

どれも非常に美味しかったのですが、特に印象に残ったものは「白味噌もつ鍋」と「明太子入り厚焼き玉子」と「玉ねぎのサクサク揚げ」！
「白味噌もつ鍋」は、キャベツやごぼう、ニラなど野菜たっぷりで、上質な脂ののったぷるぷるのモツの旨み、甘みを存分に感じました！白味噌の深いコクと相まって、非常に美味でした。これは毎回食べたい一品です。
「明太子入り厚焼き玉子」は中は半熟で、明太子がたっぷり入っています。お醤油と大根おろしをつけていただくと、思わず唸る美味しさです。
「玉ねぎのサクサク揚げ」は、淡路島産の玉ねぎを使っているとのこと。玉ねぎがとても甘くて、揚げたてサクサク！ボリュームもありました。藻塩を付けて頂きましたが、非常に美味でした。
退店する際、お店の方が外までお見送りをしてくださいました。最初から最後まで、お店の方のお心遣いを感じる、素敵なお店でした。人気の理由がわかります。また来店したいです。
