Is it "Harapekot" Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) that mainly serves Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), located in the basement of the tenant building on the east side of Tokyu Tama Plaza Department Store? Even if you google it, you won't see any connections between major restaurant chains. Is it independent? It's a beautiful store, and when I told the energetic staff that I was alone, I was shown to a table for four in the back. I had a drink in Shibuya, and it was almost midnight, so I ordered a light highball and two of my favorite, ``White Toro Liver Skewers'' @ 120 yen/bottle. ``I have some sauce and salt, please?'' I asked for one each, and they happily obliged. The sticky texture of white liver is quite good. Does it taste like chicken foie gras? I hope this doesn't happen to my liver. The bill was 1,090 yen including tax, including an appetizer @ 350 yen and a highball @ 420 yen.
