クノップゥさんの帰り道で発見したかき氷店。
夜はお好み焼き、もんじゃを中心とした鉄板焼き店、昼はかき氷と定食の「タツノオトシゴ」になる2毛作店だ。
鉄板焼き屋さんのにおいがする中でかき氷を注文。
ティラミス:
ふわふわ氷にホイップクリームをのせてココアパウダーをかけたもの。更にホイップクリームが中に隠れている。
マスカルポーネか否かはよくわからなかったが、美味しい。
抹茶ミルク:
やはりかき氷は和のものだね。抹茶と練乳が見事に合う。
口直しのキュウリの浅漬けが何気に美味しい。
ふわふわ氷は頭がキーンとしないものなので、これからのかき氷業界!?は、ソースの味次第かも。
