明けましておめでとうございます
今年もどうぞ宜しくお付き合いいただけたら嬉しいです
早速ですが、今年の一発目は年末に見つけたお店
たまプラーザの新顔さん「Tokyo Rice Wine 」。駅から行くと炭焼き 大の手前になります。
ビルの2階なので、正直、店頭の看板からはあまり期待していなかったのだけれど、なかなかどうして
シンプルながらにスタイリッシュで素敵な空間が広がっていますよ
そしてメニューを見てびっくり
一見バルかと思いきやの創作和食にうっかり魅了されっぱなしです
日本酒の品揃えも秀逸！・・・あ、だから店名がRice Wine（日本酒）なのね（遅）
日本酒はワイングラスでの提供ですって。なんて危険なお店。
先ずはカールスバーグ@500円で乾杯♪
味噌が隠し味だという長ネギと小エビの和ヒージョ@780円
殻付の海老がなんとも硬派な1品です。美味しい
そしてまだ年末、先は長いということで日本酒は次回のお楽しみに
十勝ワイン「トカップ」赤@2500円。カラダに嬉しい国産ワイン。しかも安い！（ココ大事）
そしてちょっと感動的に美味しかったのが雲丹ソースの半熟オムレツ@780円
すごく説明が難しいので是非食べてみて下さい（雑）
マグロのねぎ塩ユッケ@580円
これは前の2品が美味しすぎたせいか普通に感じてしまったけれど、胡麻油と塩？これはお家でも真似したい。
スタッフもみな感じが良くよいお店。
完全禁煙なのでなかなかリピートは難しいかもだけど（旦那さんが）次こそは日本酒を愉しみたいと思います。
