Last night's dinner was Tokyo Rice Wine at Tama Plaza! About a week ago, I was looking at a follower's Instagram and found out that they had a variety of amazing sake, so I marked this restaurant with my partner as a place to try out.I made an online reservation the day before and let's go! Unfortunately, there was sleet outside.I walked to the bus stop in the freezing cold, thinking, ``Oh no, this is terrible.''I managed to transfer from the bus to the train and finally arrived.I'll think about my return trip on the way home. It was about a 2-minute walk from Tama-Plaza Station, and it was on the 2nd floor in an area where many small restaurants were concentrated.When I went up to the 2nd floor, it seemed to be quite a popular restaurant even in this weather, and the seats were full and crowded. There are counter seats and table seats, and I was seated at the table closest to the window! It's a relatively new and clean restaurant. It's a signature menu item at this restaurant, but I had the impression that many restaurants would find the taste of this type of sushi to be a bit lacking, but this Sushi is made by wrapping it in nori seaweed yourself. Although it takes time and effort to style, the salty salmon roe works well as a seasoning, and if you wrap any part of the salmon roe in seaweed and put a little bit of salmon roe on it, you won't need soy sauce. It's quite sour, but it's pretty good if you can eat it at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) fried chicken is quite large considering the price, and I think it's made with chili sauce, mayo, and condensed milk like you would use for shrimp mayo. The sauce mixed with ,,, is very delicious.As for the sake, if you are a Japanese sake lover, you can see by looking at this lineup of drinks.There are also some that I would like to try.You can also drink sake limited to Yamagata Prefecture. My friend from Yamagata told me that most of the 14-year-olds can't drink alcohol in the prefecture, but I thought that they would definitely drink Asahitaka, and I tried it, and as expected, it was Takagi Sake Brewery. It has a taste similar to that of Juyondai, but with a little spiciness, and is a wonderful drink to have with a meal.I thoroughly enjoyed it! Tama Plaza is a bit far from my home if I think about it for everyday use, but this restaurant is not expensive and is an excellent Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) first, I thought the staff only served salt, but if you talk to them, you'll be fine.
