この時期の季節お蕎麦は、北海道噴火湾産帆立と季節野菜のかき揚げ蕎麦と、牡蠣蕎麦がありました。
この日は冷たい蕎麦という気分だったので、かき揚げ蕎麦に季節の炊込みご飯「帆立と冬野菜の炊込みご飯」を頂きました。
ここのお蕎麦、この辺では美味しいと評判をよく聞きます。
蕎麦粉は、北海道産北早生を使用、毎日お店で作っているようです。私が行った時も入口で作ってました！
おすすめの二八蕎麦は、細いお蕎麦ですが、コシがあってしっかりめ。蕎麦つゆは出汁がしっかりきいた辛口タイプ。つゆに少しつけて食べるよう説明がありました。冷水でしっかりしめられていて喉ごしも良く、お蕎麦とつゆのバランスも良い。よく計算されてます。
北海道噴火湾産の帆立も贅沢に大ぶり、サクサクのかき揚げ、食べ応えも十分。
炊込みご飯も海鮮のお出汁が利いて、生姜がいいアクセントに。
どれも美味しくてこのボリュームでも完食してしまいました。
お昼はドリンクバーが付いているので、気兼ねなくゆっくり過ごせるのもうれしいですよね。
一人でも入りやすいし、とても落ち着いたお店です。お気に入りです。
