ハンバーグが人気のレストラン「溶岩焼ダイニングCampus」の２Fに新しくオープンしたハンバーガー専門店「バーガーステーションCampus」に行ってきました。
コロナ禍の中でUberEatsで両店は何度か利用してましたが、来店は久々です。
両店ともにデリバリーでも非常に高い品質の商品を提供しており、地元住民として応援してます。
そしてハンバーガー屋さんの方はUberEatsでしか食べたことがなかったので、初です。
入り口は共通なので入店後スタッフさんにハンバーガー店利用の旨伝えると案内してもらえるのですが、
コロナの影響で緊急事態宣言中はハンバーガーも１Fで提供しているとのこと。
今時らしく、QRコードのメニューで商品を選びます。
お店一押しの「岩中ベーコン＆濃厚チェダーチーズバーガー」1380円(税込)を注文。
注文するとランチセットのかぼちゃのポタージュが提供されます。
ランチスープでこのクオリティのポタージュスープがいただけるのは嬉しいです。
注文から１５分ほどでハンバーガーが到着しました。
見るからにボリュームたっぷりなハンバーガーに、細切りカットのフライドポテト＆ピクルス。
肝心のハンバーガーはパティがめちゃくちゃ美味しいです！
焼き加減が選べてミディアムで注文したのですが、香ばしい香りと肉の旨味がガツンときます。
そして自家製というベーコンのいい感じの脂身、燻製香がばっちり。
ソースはちょい味強めな気がしますが、全体のバランスとしてはOK
総じてこのクオリティのハンバーガーがこの価格でいただけるのはコスパ◎です。
以前にUberで注文したものと印象が違ったのでスタッフさんに伺ったところ、牛100%のパティは店内専用で提供しており、
テイクアウト等では豚肉をブレンドしたパティを使用しているとのこと。
おそらく冷めても美味しく食べられるようにとの配慮なのでしょう。感心しました。
上記も含めて、店内で食べることを是非おすすめしたいハンバーガー屋さんです。
コロナが落ち着いたら２Fの本店にもお邪魔したいです。
