池袋「チアーズバーガー」のような間借り営業だけでなく、同じ店の中でもハンバーガーと別の業態をスペースを分けて展開する他業態営業も最近増えていますね。今回ご紹介するのはたまプラーザの「バーガーステーション Campus」です。メゾネットの建物の1Fは溶岩焼ダイニングCampusとして、2FはバーガーステーションCampusとして営業しています。
早速そんなハンバーガーのご紹介。こちらが「自家製岩中ベーコン＆濃厚チェダーチーズバーガー ¥1,380」です。岩中豚の自家製ベーコン、厚切りチェダーチーズ、プライムビーフパティ、レタスにトマト、オニオン、BBQソースで構成されています。
ウリは溶岩焼ダイニングでも使用しているアンガス牛100％のビーフパティ。焼き加減を選べるのでミディアムでお願いしました。口に当たるとほろほろと崩れそうな柔らかいパティ。濃いめのBBQソースともよく合います。岩中豚のベーコンも食感は柔らかめ。スモークしているそうなんですが、BBQソースがちょっと強すぎてそのスモーク感が少し感じづらいのは残念。
バンズもふかふかで柔らかくてもっちもち。パティといいベーコンといい、そしてバンズといい、全体的に柔らかい食感の具材が多いので、どこかにアクセントが欲しい気がするのは贅沢かなぁ。それと、ほろほろ崩れるパティや溢れる肉汁がバーガー袋の底にたっぷりと溜まってしまうのもちょっと勿体ない感も。
ハンバーガーをオーダーするとフレンチフライとピクルスがセットで付いてきます。ピクルスの酸味が口の中を爽やかにしてくれます。
スープもセットで付いてきます。この日は「パンプキンスープ」でした。食前にいただけますよ。
セットドリンクは「オレンジジュース ¥200」を。前述の通り、お店の2Fをハンバーガー業態で営業しているんですが、元々はダイニングの貸し切りスペースとかで使っていたのかな。そんな感じの落ち着いた雰囲気です。
駅から歩いて4分ほどの場所ですが、周囲に少し飲食店が少ない場所なので、ふらっと訪れることは少なそう。ビーフパティだけでなく岩中豚を使ったポークパティのメニューもあるので、今度はそちらを食べてみようかな。
