息子の卒業式の後にお祝いランチで、妻と息子で平日12:30に伺いました。このお店自体は4、5回目です。
カウンターを希望したけれど、カウンター向かいのテーブルに誘導されてしまいました。先客の高齢のお一人客がカウンターに多く寛ぐ時間だったみたいです。
我々はまずランチの8貫セット890円也を3人分注文しました。また僕はお酒の大を燗でオーダー。お酒はかなり大きいのがきました。
8貫セットを平らげた後にお好み握りに移りました。シャリが赤酢になったんですね。
小肌、赤貝、真鯛、鯵、大海老をオーダー。
大海老は、いわゆるコンビニとかスーパーの握り寿司セットに入る茹でて開いたエビをビッグライトて大きくした感じでした。生のものを期待していたから残念でした。
んん？小肌(99円也)が美味いぞ！全体的にちょっとシャリが多いかな、、ちょっとオニギリ的。
再び小肌と本鮪赤身と、妻が天麩羅盛りを、息子がしめ鯖とエンガワをオーダー。今度はシャリ軽めで注文。やはり小肌が美味しいし、本鮪赤身も秀逸ぞ！
酒は多めに頼んだけれど、良い具合に進んだ！
シメに小肌と本鮪赤身を、息子が穴子一本握りを、やはりシャリ軽めでオーダー。この小肌&本鮪赤身が個人的に鉄板黄金と確定。
身近なところにコスパのよいお店ありと、認識を新たに、小肌の余韻に浸り店を後にしました。
