１時半過ぎに着いたのですが他にお客さんはなし。予約なしですぐに入れる日もあるんですね。
ランチの定食は４種類。日替りの回鍋肉にしました。
この回鍋肉は かなり上品です。それでいて量はしっかり。ばら肉の仕上がり、キャベツの切り方が丁寧で美味しかったです。
定食には小皿３種盛が付いてます。鶏肉とキュウリのピリ辛、刻んだピータンとネギがのった豆腐、ナスの味噌炒め。これらの副菜もいい感じでした。
濃い色のスープは玉子とわかめ。醤油が少し入っているのかな。
更にデザートのプリンが付きます。
お勘定は 1,100円。高級ではないけど、街中華とは明らかに違う上品で繊細な料理でした。
