休日のお昼。
青葉台のテンドーレさんに行ってみることにしました。
予め予約しています。
開店時刻にお店に到着。
先客はいませんが、予約している人の他には常連さんが1組程度で満席です。
予め予約するのが良さそうです。
店内にはピアノがあります。
この音を聞きながら食事ができたら良さそうです。
席に案内していただいて注文です。
ランチメニューから選びますが、シチューとステーキのお店なのでそれぞれ頼んでみましょう。
私は和牛フィレペッパーステーキ、家内はビーフシチューのハーフにしました。
私はパン、家内はライスにして、飲み物はコーヒーにしました。
まず有機野菜のサラダが到着。
ドレッシングはサウザンアイランドです。
添え物のサラダと言う感じではなく、しっかりとしたサラダです。
少しすると料理が到着。
和牛フィレペッパーステーキは見た目は小さい感じです。
黒毛和牛A5だそうですが、フォークで触った瞬間に柔らかさ満点です。
味付けもよくて、とろける感じのステーキです。
付け合せのジャガイモも野菜も美味しくいただけます。
家内はビーフシチューのハーフサイズで量はちょうどよかったようです。
味も満足してました。
最後のコーヒーも酸味のない苦味しっかりの私好みのコーヒーでした。
美味しいステーキとシチューで満足できました。
