赤い暖簾をくぐると、職人歴50年の大将が笑顔で迎えてくれます。
店主のおすすめコース(￥5,500)とお好み握りでウニを頂きました。
店主のおすすめコース：
コースが始まるとまず玉子焼き・わかめ・ガリが大きめの皿で供され、食べ進み具合を見ながら
大将が握りや焼き物をいいタイミングでほいっほいっと追加してくれる
こちらは気楽に大将の鮮やかな手さばきに見惚れるだけ
平目の刺身・太刀魚の炙り・帆立貝の炙り・マグロの刺身・山芋のワサビ漬け・握り五貫・アラ汁・巻き物・デザート
どれもうっとりするほどおいしい
軽妙な大将のトークに癒され、幸せな時間を過ごせた
コース全体で見ると、すごく満腹感があります。
握りのシャリの量はお好みで対応してくれます。
店内は高級感がありつつも、ジャージでフラッと立ち寄れそうな気さくさもあります。
