涼しげなコンクリート打ちっぱなし壁面。落ち着きと安らぎを感じとれる外観。ごくごく普通なのだがクールに見えてしまう…行灯。暖簾に繋がる階段をあがり潜り抜ける…と、おや、ごくごく普通(一般的)なオ出迎え。個室や半個室、採光が爽やかな窓際テーブル等々…雰囲気満天。だが、接客は町蕎麦スタイルでファミレスにて見受ける配膳ロボットも導入されている。豊富な品書きを眺めるだけで酒を欲する…nice肴ラインナップ。グッと堪えて「せいろ(¥738)」を注文。さほど忙しい雰囲気には見受けないが配膳はロボット。すぐそこで仕上がった蕎麦が見えているのでそのまま運んで欲しいなぁ…と、思うが店の都合もあるのだろう。ロボットの音量大きめ。盆を受け取った後に頭を撫でると戻っていくようだが…なかなかセンサー反応してくれない。焦りぎみベタベタ触ってやっと戻っていった…ふぅ。フニゃり白蕎麦をズルズルっとザザっと手繰り終える頃合いをみて蕎麦湯提供…これは花番様が直接提供。ん～。
ハイソ系御近所様や御家族様の御食事処。
