以前、藤が丘の大桜に行ったとき
このお店のお弁当売り場の方が声を出して
と～っても頑張っていたのでいつか行こうと思っていた。
なので、今日はこちらへ。
看板には「健康中華」と書いてある。
不健康な私には最適でもある。
駅前にある店舗は2Fで階段を昇る。
テラス席もあってペットもここなら入店できる。
昼前だけどパラパラと先客がいる。
お昼のランチもあるのだけど名物とか限定に弱いので
ふかひれ入りあんかけ炒飯(\1,280)
をオーダー。
ランチメニューには定食とかセットなら
\1,000を超えないメニューが並んでいる。
４人掛けノテーブルばかり。予約専用と思われる
座敷もあったりするので様々な用途で使われそう。
テーブルには烏龍茶がポットで置かれている。
こういったセルフ方式の方がありがたい。
５分くらいで料理が到着。メインの料理の他に
サラダ・ザーサイ・卵スープ・杏仁豆腐が載っている。
あんかけ炒飯はなかなかのボリューム。
しっかりと目視できる量のフカヒレが入っている。
餡のベースは醤油が中心の味。中華系の味付けもされている。
チャーハンのお米は割と硬め。餡を混ぜてちょうど良い感じ。
なかなか計算されている感じで、よく考えられている。
味もなかなか良かったし、その辺のお店じゃ食べられない味付けだと思う。
中華に限らず外食は家庭でも作れる味じゃなくて
行かないと食べられない味が一番の魅力だと思う。
サラダは大根サラダ。あっさりとしたドレッシング。
ザーサイの普通かな。薄めの味。卵スープは暖かいので美味しい。
杏仁豆腐はねっとり感があって中華店で食べられる味。
寒天のようなお店もあるけど、私はこういう方が好み。
今日も階段下の店頭にはお弁当が売られている。
人が変わったみたいで、あの気合の入った男性は居なかったけど
お値段も安いのでサラリーマンの昼食にはお勧め。
そのうち家族でまた行こうと思う。
