所用で藤が丘。駅前のこちらの中華にやってきた。家内が言うには一度来た事があるというが、私は記憶がない。食べ物はあまり忘れるほうではないのだが…。
2回に上がると想像以上に大きい店内に少し驚く。
奥のほうに座りランチの回鍋肉を注文。店内は2，3組というところだろうか。テーブルには餃子の調味料、しょうゆ、お酢、ラー油が並ぶ。しばし待っているとスポーツ団体の一行がやってきた。箱が大きいからそういう会合にはいいのだろう。奥で酒宴を始めたようだ。
そんな感じで待っていると写真の回鍋肉がやってきた。オーソドックスな回鍋肉、という感じ。やっぱりこういう中華は外れがない。米が少し残念な味であったが、肉と野菜の程よいバランス、多少ラー油をぶっかけても、野菜を多めにとっているからいいや、と思わせてくれるキャベツのありがたさよ。とはいえ、健康中華、といいきるほどではない感じかな。片栗粉が入って熱いスープとローテーションでいただきました。
普通の日本式中華料理が食べたい、というときにいいかもしれません。
