開店と同時に入店。少し早かったが入れて頂いた。ワンコと一緒だったのたがさらっとテラスを進めてもらえた。広くしゃれた空間。席も広い。冬も大丈夫な様に透明のカーテンもあるね。さすが。
とにかく何もかもが美味しかった。
ランチのKBHプレート。
カサゴのフライが人生一番の魚だった。油ぎってなくサラッとしているが身がしっかりしていて塩加減もベスト。
ニンジンのラぺ、サツマイモ、サラダ、ブロッコリー、ローストポーク、フォカッチャ、パテどれも最高の味でしたあ。
他も食べたくなったのでaskのグラタンを。今日は大丈夫らしく作って貰えました。
マカロニが、入ってないバージョン。これまた最高。
今日のパスタランチはペペロンチーノとの事で勿論注文。これも良かった。
ヒューガルデンがあったのもポイント高い。
素材が近所の名店シュタットシンケンさんとパンはベーカリーカフェコパさんのモノとの事で地域の繋がりをも感じさせる名店だと思います。接客も最上級だと思います。
こんな美味しいのにこんな安くていいんですかね。倍払ってもバチは当たりません。
