東急田園都市線「青葉台駅」から歩いて5分ぐらい。
前々から気になっていた居酒屋のランチメニューを目当てに。
『居酒屋 八郎右エ門』
なかなか年季の入った雰囲気の店内。
奥の壁にサインが幾つか書いてありましたよ。
アクリル板のパーテーションを設置したカウンター席へ。
お冷は、宝焼酎の大きなタンブラー。
■鳥のから揚げ定食 980円
麩とわかめの味噌汁。
大根の葉かなぁ？細い青菜が入っていた。
かなりあっさりした味で。
炊き加減重めのごはん。
注文時に量を尋ねられたので「普通」とお応えして。
あっさりした白菜の漬物。
少し黒っぽい色をした一口サイズの鶏唐揚げ。
7個～8個ぐらいだったような。
衣もお肉もソフトな仕上がりに。
その衣の中に黒い粒々が入っていたけど、
海苔、ひじき、竹炭・・・なんだろう？
しっかりタレに漬け込んでいるようで、
下味濃いめでごはんがめちゃめちゃ進む味。
付け合わせのきゃべつ千切り（かなり細い）には、
醤油系のドレッシングがかかっていて。
どう使うか迷ったのがこの温玉。
「肉汁餃子製作所ダンダダン酒場」のランチメニューもそうだけど、
定食の中での位置付けがよくわからないんですよねぇ・・・。
とりあえず、鶏唐揚げをつけてみたり。
容器を持ち上げそのままずずーっとすすってみたり。
ごはんにかけてTKGスタイルにしても良かったかも。
このお店、居酒屋のランチメニューにチャーハンが数種類あるのは珍しい。
「しおから炒飯」か「なっとう炒飯」が気になりますねぇ。
