青葉台に立ち寄りました！
飲むとなってプラプラしてみつけたお店です。
20時30分くらいでサクッと入店！予約は平日はいらなそうです。
あとからだんだん混んできてました。
まずは選べるお通し。今回は【黒ゴマ豆腐】か【砂肝のうま煮】
【黒ゴマ豆腐】をいただきました！
なんと近所のお豆腐屋さん高橋さんから仕入れているそう（笑）
塩で味付けされていて、シンプルでおいしい。黒ゴマの味がダイレクトにきます。
【串焼き】を注文。砂肝、ハツ、軟骨、つくね、しいたけ
じっくり焼き上げてくれるので、柔らかくて美味しかったです。
【厚焼きたまご】しお、さとうっていうメニューの書き方でしたが、店員さんに聞いたら単純にしょっぱいか甘いか、だそうです（笑）
出汁の味とぷるぷるっとした食感で、お酒が合います！
