青葉台は家の近くなので、ときたま食事に出かけます。いろいろなレストランがあるので、どこに行くか迷うところですが、ステーキならここだと思います。
前回昼に行ったときには和牛ステーキ丼1600円を食べました。今回は、夜に行って、特選黒毛和牛角切りステーキAコース(120g)3900円をお願いしました。あまりアブラっぽい肉は好みではないのですが、角切りステーキは赤身が多く好みの肉質でした。
ステーキでは、シェリーベースか醤油ベースのソースを選べますが、なんといってもコースについてくる塩がステーキによく合います。塩には、２種類あり、特に燻製の塩が絶品です。また、ステーキのコースのサラダというと普通はおまけといった印象がありますが、ここのサラダはボリュームがかなりあって食べがいがあります。新鮮な野菜がたっぷり使ってありチーズがきいていてこちらも結構おいしいです。
欲を言えば、昨年まで昼にあった、お任せでいろんな肉が乗っている丼メニュー（確か1300円くらいだった）を復活させてほしいです。
いつ行ってもすいているので静かに食事ができますが、もう少し流行ってもいいのにと思い、コメントしてみました。
