本日は遥々遠方の青葉台へハンバーグを食べに行ってきました。
久々の遠方の食事。
注文したのはハンバーグの6800円のコース。
初めはローストビーフ。
そして盛り合わせ
ボタンエビ、帆立貝のカルパッチョ、自家製ハム、キッシュ、ストランキーノチーズ
全体的に安定的なお味かなと言う印象。
そしてハンバーグは真ん丸としており切っても肉汁が流れて来ません。テレビでは口に入れるとジュワッと肉汁が出るとのことでしたが、どちらかと言うとさっぱり目のままだったかな。
また挽肉は細かく柔らかいですが、レア感がありトロッとしているわけではないので、ごく普通なハンバーグな印象でした。
