この日の時点ではまだシーズンではなかったが、穴子ありますと言われちゃあ寄っていかざるを得ないのが釣り人の性。
穴子一本そば：文字通り穴子天が一本ドンと乗る。ドンといっても穴子の場合天ぷらにすればかなり細い魚でもそれなりのボリュームになっちゃうんだけど。見た目以上に塩気あるつゆを染みさせていただく！しっとりした触感で上品。そばもネオTGS風で生そばっぽくこれまた上品。他店での論評と同じことを言うようですが、個人的には日栄軒みたいな時代がかったツユの方がこの魚には合うと思うけど、最初に出会ったのがこっちだったらまた別の事を言い出すかもしれないｗ
今年は結構「TGS（立ち食いそば）で穴子天」というパターンに当たるな。下書きにはもう残ってないと思うけど、いよいよシーズンインしたので注目していこう。
