横浜の青葉台で昼ご飯。
温かい蕎麦が食べたい。青葉台駅構内にあるしぶそばで頂こう。
青葉台店は初めてだ。
入口の券売機で購入したのは、かき揚げそば４９０円。この日のかき揚げはクワイのかき揚げ。
席を決めてコップに注いだ水をテーブルに運んだ時にチケットの番号が呼ばれてそばを取って席に着いた。
丼にはいつものかき揚げそばの姿がそこに在った。
頂いた。
そばつゆは出汁が効いていていい感じだ。
写真を撮っている間に少しずつかき揚げの衣が緩んできたので、頂いてみた。
柔らかくなったいつものかき揚げだ。あ、サクット感を発見した。クワイだ。クワイを発見できたんだ。
しぶそばは季節ごとにかき揚げの具が替わるので楽しみなんだ。
今回もおいしく頂きました。
