横浜 青葉台にあるりんごカフェ。
今年で7周年を迎えるそう。
エントランスにもリンゴの絵。
青森のりんご農家ご出身の女性オーナーが
こだわりの青森直送のりんごを使った自家製スイーツを提供。
アップル＆パイを食べたてみたくて訪問。
大きな窓に面したカウンター席に案内いただきました。
店内はなんとなくお洒落なカフェを想像していましたが、とてもレトロな雰囲気。
マッサージなどのリラクゼーションサロンも併設していて、
そのメニューもテーブルの上に。
お昼時はランチメニューもあり、休日ランチセットにしました。
オーナーみずからおひとりでホール担当されています。
・薬膳豆カレー ドリンクセット 1080円
ドリンクはホットコーヒーで。
最初に野菜サラダ。
お豆いっぱいの優しいカレー。
サラダ・ドリンク付で1080円はお安い。
・アップル＆パイ 単品880円が ランチセットなら＋300円
こちらがお目当て。
食後にお願いしたところ、想像以上にかなり大きい。
高さもあります。
サクサクのパイ生地と煮リンゴは分離しているので
アップル＆パイなのです。
確かに、パイ生地のサクサク感がそのままで
べっちゃりしないのがパイとりんごの相互に良いのかも。
この時期に使うのは青りんご。
それが、甘酸っぱく爽やかでイイ感じ。
パイの上には生クリーム。
横には、たっぷりのバニラアイスと、カットした青りんご。
さくさくパイ ＆ 自然の甘みのみの煮りんご ＆ アイス。
これは黄金のトライアングルかも。
カレーも食べたので、すっかりお腹いっぱいに。
ごちそうさまでした。
