こどもの国と言う駅に初めて降り立ちしばらく歩いて到着。
予約制でキャンセル不可らしい。
コースは一択。22000円。
素材を際立たせるようにしているらしい。
いい素材使ってるからとか。
酒盗嫌いやけどイカじゃなかったからか美味しかった!!蒸しアワビも柔らかくて良き。
あん肝もいい味付けだった。
大トロが2回。ひとつは焼いてひとつは握り。お吸い物はハマグリのでかいのが入ってた♡
卵焼きはほぼカステラ！
追加で鉄火巻頂いた。
日本酒も3合！
ぜんぶ美味しいけど……
コースの内容的に、いい素材オンパレードで私の胃には優しくないかも(笑)もうちょい起伏が欲しい…
あとは遠いからもう少し安いと嬉しい(笑)
ちなみにここはご実家だそうで、どこかで修行してた訳ではないけど、お父様がお寿司屋さんだったとの事で、小さい頃から手伝っていたそうです。
