横浜市青葉区奈良にあります「鮨おとわ」さんへ訪問です。
住宅街の一角にある「鮨おとわ」さんは
過去にミシュランガイド横浜版でも2年連続一つ星を獲得、食べログ寿司百名店にも選出されており、鮨好きにも根強い人気を誇る神奈川を代表する鮨店です。
店内は白木のL字カウンター8席のみで
事前予約必須となります。
シンプルで王道の旨んまい摘みのラインナップに、酸味が強めのキリッとした米酢舎利は程よい硬さでタネとの解け方も良好。
タネの旨みと米の香りや甘みが調和の取れた非常に好みの舎利でした。
前半の摘みから唸るような旨さで
車で訪問してノンアルコールなことを大変後悔しました。（涙）
そして摘み9品と握り11品、お椀、玉子と合計22品と、品数の多さにコース22,000円と大満足の内容となっております。
