夜に伺いましたが、並ばずすんなり入店。
以下をオーダー。
•醤油ワンタンらぁ麺 ¥1,600
カウンター席で、作っているのを覗きながら、間もなくして出てきました。
最初にスープを口にして、醤油ラーメンの最終ゴールに辿りついた気分になりました。醤油が基本だけど、出汁がきいていて、濃過ぎず、薄過ぎず、これより美味しいスープないのではという感じです。
そういえば、湯切りをしっかりやっている印象でしたが、絶妙なスープの味と関係するのではと素人なりの分析。
麺はやや細めで、硬さも私にはちょうどよかったです。
ワンタンも食べごたえがありました。
熱々なので、一口で食べようとせず、レンゲの上で少しずつ食べるといいことに気付きました。
チャーシュー、メンマも味、食感とも存在感がありました。
パーフェクトなスキのない醤油ラーメンでした。
