The soba restaurant on the 1st floor of Urban Plaza, a 3-minute walk from Fujigaoka Station, was undergoing renovations, so I stopped by. This is a soba restaurant where you can enjoy Yamagata's rural soba noodles in a special soup, and they also have a wide selection of sake. On this day, I ordered the "Special Tenseiro (average/1280 yen)" and the "Homemade Lemon Sour (650 yen)." Lemon sour made with lemon zest right in front of you is delicious! The soba soup was also a light type, but it was delicious.
