I had weekday lunch at Hachi, a soba restaurant near Fujigaoka Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. The set comes with a bamboo steamer (630 yen) and a mini roasted beef bowl (440 yen). The soba noodles were flat and thick and sprinkled with starfish. It is said to be rural soba noodles from Yamagata. The spicy soup felt quite spicy. The soba soup is smooth. The sauce on the roast beef bowl was interesting. Apparently it's soy bean sauce. It had a fermented aroma and sour taste. I wasn't particularly impressed with the roast beef itself, but I thought this sauce was interesting. Unlike other rice bowls, the menu lineup is interesting. I feel like I'm attacking you. I want to try other menu items as well. There were customers enjoying soba noodles and sake from noon, and the staff were very young and lively and friendly. It would be fun if I became a regular. It's also kind to your wallet. This time, I wanted to enjoy soba noodles and drinks at night. It was delicious. Thank you for the treat.
