横浜市青葉台、田園都市線にある閑静な住宅街にあるホルモン屋さん。
ほおるもんというけれど、もったない精神を持ち、上手く活かしてくれるホルモン屋さんに感謝。
日本を代表するB級グルメのシロコロホルモンを発信した街、厚木の名店のDNAを受け、横浜青葉台へ美味しいホルモンを伝えに来た。
店前の信楽からおいでなすった迎えくれるたぬき。

この日は2軒目ということで軽めにいきつつ、しめまで行く。
そうしないと帰りしなに豚山入りそうだった、、、
まずは、シャリキンを呑みながらキャベツとエイヒレを炙りながら互いの近況報告なんてして。
キムチ来てはじめからクライマックスな感じの空気感のもと、肉が来ると空気が変わる。
ホルモンミックスの中身は、ガツ、レバー、塩ホルモン、タンナンコツ、カシラ、タンかしら。
ジューシーからコリコリまで揃う、掘ればホルほど、夢中になる、おじいさんに操られるさながら僕はポチ。
新鮮なホルモン達を食べながら、近況報告から結局昔流行ったものの話になるお決まりのパターン。
豚のホルモンて永遠に食べられそうだから、怖い。
どんどん飲んでしまう。
塩ホルモンを食べながらゆっくり歩くものいいもんだと考えるけど、味変の味噌を食べると一気に食べすすめちゃう。
どっちのスピード感の良さを感じられる事も年の功か。
味変でお酢に青唐辛子のタレ。さっぱりさと青い辛味が爽やかにしてくれる。
しめはラーメンを選択。
スープが自家製！
あっさりだけど深いコクを感じる。
身体と心の奥の方まで染みてくる。
