《感想》
初訪問のこのお店。
大衆的な感じの良い雰囲気で、新鮮なホルモンが食べれるお店。
暖簾がとてもいい感じの外観。
店内はとても賑わっていました。
カウンターとお座席がありテーブルの上には七輪が。
光り輝くホルモン。
こんなに新鮮でピンク色したホルモンは久しぶりに見た。
希少部位が多く、タンナンコツは滅多に食べれない部位。
コリコリ歯ごたえも楽しみながら溶ける。
ここのホルモンは何を食べても美味しい。
病みつきになっちゃう味です。
お酒も種類がたくさんあり、肉ハイボールにはブラックペッパーが入っていてホルモンに合う。
個人的にはお疲れ酸サワーの酸っぱい感じが最高でした。
〆には卵かけご飯と醤油ラーメン。
卵かけご飯の上には光り輝く卵黄とニンニク、ネギ、ラー油などの薬味がたくさん。
これに少しだけ焼肉のタレを混ぜたら、、、
合法的にやばいやつで、止まらない。
そしてホルモン屋ではあまり見ないラーメン。
あっさりしていて飲んだ後にはちょうどいい。
計算され尽くした一杯。
