地元に嬉しいピッツェリア
弁当屋さんだった場所が新たにピッツェリアに。前から行こうと機会を狙っていたところ。予約もせずに18:40位に入店。ところが「今日は予約で一杯で…椅子が他と違っても良ければお誕生席の形でご用意できますが…」とのこと。勿論ですと二つ返事で中へいれてもらう。
明るく気持ちのいい店内。ピザ窯が中央に存在感を示している。メニューはシンプル。ポテサラ、大山鶏ムネのハム、ピザはクワトロフォルマッジと、ビアンケッテイなる生クリームと青のりシラスの載ったピザを頼む。直ぐにきたポテサラ、マッシュしてないタイプ、いつもと違う新鮮な感覚。続いて大山鶏ムネ肉のハム。バジルソースがとてもいい。そしてお待ちかね、2種類のピザへ。 美味しい！3人で2枚でもお腹は一杯に。ビールは嬉しいハートランドにイタリア系モレッティ/メッシーナの2種。
グラスワインはモンテプルチアーノとサルディー二ャのカンノナウの赤を頂く。プリミティーボ位しかイタリアワインの葡萄品種として思いつかない自分。軽い果実味あって美味しい。
場所柄、バスルートから外れたところにあるので経営大変だと思うけれど頑張って欲しい店。寺家ふるさと村への散歩道、最近楽しい店が増えて来たけれど、ここもそう。近所にこんな美味しい店があるなんて嬉しくない？日曜の昼下がり、或いは夕暮れ時、ちょっと食べに行くか…とジモティの優越感を擽る店ですな。再訪必至。

After watching the game, I wanted to warm up my cold body, so I went into a chain oden shop in Shinyoko, but I made a big mistake.When I returned to my hometown, I decided to come here to fill my stomach. What I asked for was today's frites, chicken ham, and fungi? pizza. My family has mojitos and I have red wine. After all, I should have drunk it locally. The chicken frites were plump, the pizza had a strong truffle aroma, and the Genovese-like sauce on the chicken ham was perfect. A glass of wine is also a good choice. After uncorking it, it was perfectly soft and delicious. I ordered a small amount of food, but I enjoyed it well. Satisfied...This is a store that I want you to work hard at.
