センター南の駅に隣接するバスターミナルがあるマンション群の一角の中にお店はあります。
少し狭く感じる店内ですがとても落ち着いた雰囲気とゆったりとした空間がこちらにはあります。
アルボルゴランチという¥1,890のセットです。

といった内容です。
最初の前菜盛り合わせ、バーニャカウダがかけられた野菜類。
人参やカブ？といった歯ごたえが楽しめる野菜類がほんの少しボイルされていてそれぞれの生の味わいが楽しめるようになっています。きのこ類と素揚げした魚？がバルサミコ酢？に混ぜ合わされ、先ほどの野菜との相反するしっとりとした歯ごたえが堪能できました。最後に葉物の生野菜が抑え気味になったドレッシングがかけられ淡泊な葉物野菜を肉系のハムで補うといったしあがりです。お皿に乗せられた三種の前菜。それぞれに計算されたハーモニーを感じます。
数ある中からリゾットをチョイスしたのですが濃厚なチーズの風味と仄かに芯の残るアルデンテの米の歯触りが食をすすめます。
小ぶりのフォカチャでしたが、外はカリカリ中はしっとりの温かみのある仕上がりでした。
デザートは桃のジェラードやイチジク等が入った今の季節感たっぷりのお皿でここでも何やら計算された流れを感じてしまいました。
最初から最後までナビを使った車で進みゆく料理の品々とでありました。
