いつも車で通り過ぎていたお店が、評判が高いじゃないですか・・・お昼は満席とか書いてあるし、こりゃあ～予約をちゃんと入れて訪問しないと・・・と思い予約を2日前に入れて訪問。
時間通りに着くと、ドアには満席との札が・・・良かった予約しておいて・・・と思って入るとお客さんは２組しかいません。
どうやら、サービスの方がいらっしゃらないようで、シェフがおひとりですべてをこなしていたので多分予約のお客以外入れないようにしたと思われます。
いろんなランチコースがありましたが、前菜・本日のパスタorピザ・デザート・ドリンクのアルボンゴランチ￥１８９０ とそれにプラスして肉か魚のメインがつくあすすめランチ￥２６００をオーダー
ランチとしては、ちょっと高めの値段だし期待が高まります。
まずは前菜・・・
私が一番好きな前菜・・・でも、特に感動するものなし。
バーニャカウダはおいしいけれど、これって外すってことないですもの。ガーリックのソースなので食後に人に会う予定がある場合は要注意です。
本日のパスタは、生ハムとパプリカのトマトソース、そしてもう一品はピザにしてマルゲリータ
まずは、マルゲリータが運ばれてきます。
すごいボリューム・・・。クリスピーだけどチーズが端までびっしりとのっています。これ食べたらお腹がいっぱいになっちゃうかも・・・と心配しましたが、とにかく熱いうちにいただきます。普通においしかったです。
が、ピザを半分食べ終わらないうちに、パスタが運ばれてきました。
焦ります・・・。アツアツのうちにピザを食べきってしまいたいが、パスタは出来上がりをすぐに食べないとおいしくない。
口にしているピザのピースを食べ終わってからパスタを食べてみます。
あれ・・もう柔らかくなっている・・。全然アルデンテじゃないんです。ピザの味の濃さが残っているせいなのか、味がぼんやりしていて食べる気がおきない・・・。
メインも残っていることだし、お腹具合も考えてピザを食べきることにしてパスタは不本意ですが残しました。
メイン、相方が魚をチョイスしました。甘鯛です。
これは、皮がカリっと焼かれていておいしかったです。この日一番おいしかったものです。
そしてデザートとコーヒー
パンナコッタとグレープフルーツのシャーベットだったと思います。
特別なものはなく普通でした。
評価が高い店だったこと、そしてお値段もやや高めの設定だったこともあり、前日からワクワクしていたためか、あれ・・どうして？という気持ちで退店です。
期待しすぎちゃったんですね。初訪問なのでなんとも言えません。たまたま今回は私の好みを外したのかも。
結局この日のランチの客さんは５組程度でしたが、それでもおひとりですべてをこなすのは難しかったのかな・・とも思います。
