アルボルゴのお弁当
勉強会でアルボルゴのお弁当
2007年2月にセンター南のバスターミナルにオープンしたアルボルゴ。
銀座キャンドルやカフェバーマキが閉店した後もすでに9年営業し続けているイタリアン。
プライベートやクリニックの送別会などで時々利用しましたが、食べログには書いていませんでした。
最近、勉強会でアルボルゴのお弁当を食べました。
講演会の弁当は以前は、なだ万・今半のような弁当専門店が多かったですが、
講演会の主催者は最近、地元で評判のレストランのお弁当を用意してくれることも増えてきました。
アルボルゴのお弁当のメインはイタリアンで言うところのセコンドの肉料理でした。
プリモのパスタも少し入っていましたが、でんぷん源はやはりご飯でした。
パスタは茹でたてでないと美味しくないのですね。
ラーメンや蕎麦もそうですが。
イタリアンとしての特徴をお弁当に出すのは難しいなあ、と感じました。
クリニックから近いレストランなのにべた褒めのレビューを書けなくてごめんなさい。
昨年9月の医師会の懇親会に最後まで参加していれば、あすなろ先生のようなべた褒め記事が書けたのでしょうが。
あの時は二つの会をハシゴしたので、オードブルまでしか、食べませんでした。
その後の松茸のピザが秀逸だったそうです。

3月13日の勉強会で出てきたのは、アルボルゴのお弁当でした。ペンネが入っていたので、イタリアン弁当だったのでしょう。写真撮っておけば良かった。
