センター南へ・・ふらっと一人で予約もせずに行ってみました
トラットリア・サルメリア・アルボルゴ
お店の名前が難し過ぎて、覚えられませ〜〜ん（しかもボケています）
店内 シェフが一人で切り盛りなさっていました。
先客は、家族4人の一組でした常連さんって感じでしたよ～

アラカルトでOKとのことでしたので〜
ウチワエビってと思っていると・・・
シェフが、ウチワエビってこれですよ〜と見せてくれました！おぉ〜何だか兜エビの親戚みたいな感じですね〜
親しみが湧きま〜すただ食べるだけなんですけれどね・・

もう熱々過ぎてレンズが曇りましたよ〜
海老の卵ちゃんがブツブツ。い〜〜っぱい入っていて、凄くうま味があって美味しかったです！
ソースの味も良く、パスタも熱々アルデンテ〜〜好みでした 初めてだったので、ちょっと店内暗いし、どうなんだろ！？と 少し不安でしたが、パスタをサクッと食べて味には、満足満足！！
また、フラっと一人で、立ち寄りたいお店でしたよ
