センター南駅六番出口から徒歩５分バスターミナルの向こう側のマンションの三階にあるアルボルゴさん。カジュアルイタリアンのようなお店で、お若いシェフが一人でやられています。
会社の飲み会で、4000円のお手軽パーティプラン（飲み放題コース）を利用させていただきました。
基本あんまりエイさんはこういう3000円〜4000円の飲み放題コースの料理やお酒にはあんまり期待していないのですが…久々にお料理もお酒も「これ4000円！安っ！うまっ！∑(ﾟДﾟ)」という質と量のコースでした。
まず飲み放題の酒の質が素晴らしい…エイさんはこのレベルの飲み放題で、ここまでいろんな良質な酒を出してくれる店をほぼ知りません。イタリアンなのでこだわりのワインの質はもちろんのこと、作ってくださるハイボールやカクテル、サワーも良い酒使われてるのがわかりますし、ビールもサーバーから自分で入れる感じなのですが…「え？ハートランド？地ビール？何でこんなに旨いの？！(◎_◎;)」と言った感じのレベルで大変びっくりしました。
お料理のパフォーマンスにも大満足で、何食べても普段食べられないようなお味で美味かったですし、また量も多い！食いきれないほど出てきてビックリです。相当出来るシェフなんだと思います。
本当は初訪でも４点をつけたいレベルの満足度の高いコースでしたが…つけなかったのは、シェフが良い意味でお客さんへの初対面の空気がなく（笑）、お店やサービスにも自信がある感じで、ズケズケ強めの物言いをされる方なので、私なんかは、「こんだけの料理や酒を提供してくれるなら、全然オッケー！一人でやられてて大変でしょうから言う事聞きますよっ！」と全然構わないのですが（昔ながらの江戸前寿司の職人さんだと思ってれば良いと思うのですが（笑））…何となく連れが年配の人…特に偉い上司を含む会社飲み会の場合（まさにこの時のエイさんf^_^;）、少しそこが気になる方も多いかもなので、利用に向き不向きがあるかもしれません。
帰り際に、「一人でお店やられてて大変じゃないですか？(^◇^;)」と伺いましたら、「この値段でやるには一人じゃないと出来ないですよ〜」と言われていたので、「なるほどな…」と、妙に納得してしまいました。
私多分個人的にまた来たいですが、本当に近所に欲しい店ですね〜。親しい仲間や家族で来たいお店です。センター南に住んでる方が羨ましいです。
