At our store, everything from aging to processing of raw black tongue is done in-house. The method of handling has been certified as a “utility model.” Each one is carefully processed by hand to remove unnecessary odors and tastes, resulting in a rich flavor. We recommend the ``thick-sliced premium tongue.'' We offer ultra-rare cuts that can only be taken from one cow for one person, and are approximately 4mm thick, more than twice the thickness of regular beef tongue. Please enjoy this soft and satisfying dish.

In order to fill your stomach with tongue, we offer two types of 100-minute all-you-can-eat courses: Kiwami and Takumi.The Takumi menu, priced at 6,578 yen, includes ``Atsugiri Tan'' and other tongue, as well as Ushisuke. All-you-can-eat 51 items including short ribs, offal, ushisuke salad, and bibimbap! The all-you-can-drink menu ranges from alcohol plans starting at 1,408 yen to soft drink plans starting at 748 yen, so choose the one that suits your occasion.
