ギックリ腰をしてしまい、
新羽にある小林長生館の先生にしか治せない状態と判断して
妹の家に息子が送り届けて泊まり連れて行ってもらいました！
勿論一発で治して下さりましたが、こういう施術は3日かかりで一気に集中治療が長引かないので
妹の家には2泊
3日目には自力で帰ることが出来ました！

ランチは食べログって見て保存していた焼き鳥居酒屋の一乃蔵さん
時間が押していたのでお土産を購入
お弁当に詰めて頂きましたので
冷えての唐揚げでしたが
とってもジューシーで大きくて美味しかったです！
今度はお店でゆっくり食べてみたいです！
700円でこんなに美味しいお弁当も滅多にお目にかかれません！
