時間にゆとりがあるときに行きたい店
伺ったのは平日の午後７時。先客はテーブルに２名。客が多いわけでもないのに店主と思われる男性がかなり忙しそうに調理に没頭していた。私が店に入ってもなかなか気づいてくれなかった。
テーブル席は、２人用が５つと４人用が３つ。
とりあえず生ビールでも飲みたかったが、なかなかオーダーをとりにきてくれない。
客が私を含めて３人しかいないのに、こんなに時間がかかるのでは、１０人も客がきたらどれだけ遅くなるのだろうと心配になる。
漸くオーダーをとりにきてくれて、小出しに注文していては何時間経っても食事が終わらないと思った私は、生ビール（中ジョッキ５５０円）、焼き餃子（２個）２８０円、ピータン豆腐６８０円、五目あんかけご飯８５０円を一気に注文した。
案の定生ビールでさえなかなか出てこない。フロア担当に若い中国人の女の子でも雇えばいいのに。
焼き餃子は、エビが入っていて、皮がもちもちでまあまあだった。ただし、私が好きな焼き餃子とはジャンルが違う。
ピータン豆腐は６８０円と高いが、これも悪くない。
五目あんかけご飯は、いわゆる中華丼。キクラゲ、エビ、、イカ、白菜、竹の子、豚肉などが入っている。味付けはやや甘めで、味付けがぼんやりしていたのでお酢をかけて食べた。

暑い日。この店は大分前に一度きたが、あまり良い印象がなく、久しぶりの訪問だ。冷し中華があることを知り、やってきた。外には、冷し中華のポスターなどはなかった。
自動ドアが故障しており、手動でドアを開ける。重いので女子や老人には無理だろう。
以前の店と大分イメージが違う。ビニールやパーティションで席が仕切られてる。再びコロナがふえてるようなので、飲食店も大変だ。
BGMはカントリーのような洋楽。
曲は、ファロン・ヤングのオールライト。
通常のランチメニューには冷し中華が見当たらない。別メニューだった。
こだわり冷し中華 1,078円税込
野菜はきゅうりともやし。
その他の具は、玉子焼きチャーシューエビ。
麺は細めでしっかりと冷してある。
醤油だれ少なめ。
ちょっとランクインは無理かな。
