綱島駅からは少し離れた早渕川と鶴見川の合流地点から近い場所にある中華屋です。
中華屋といえば化学調味料ドバドバで接客も期待はできず食材も少し不安なものが多いのが現実ですが
こちらは科学調味料を使用しないで食材は国産が中心という安心な中華屋なのです。
さらにシェフは日本人のようで接客も丁寧で店内も清潔です。
今回はランチで伺いました。
セットものもかなり種類が多くて迷いましたがシンプルなチャーハンを食べたかったので
普通のチャーハンを注文しました。
大盛りも無料らしいのですが並盛りにしてもらいました。
小さな木のトレーにスープも一緒に付いてきました。
カフェっぽいオシャレさで中華屋っぽくないのが面白いですね。
スープはシンプルながらもちゃんと旨味のあるスープでした。
チャーハンは海老とチャーシューのもの。
このへんの中華屋では１番パラパラ感のあるものでしたね。
味はやっぱり中華街の美味しいとこには負けますがそれほど悪くなかったです。
今度は麺系も食べてみたいですね。
