日曜日の夕方来訪。先客なしだが後から3組続けて入ってきました。メニューを見ると平日限定だったり、2人様からのセットだったりがあります。休日の一人客だと、麺系か炒飯系かと思っていたら一品料理にご飯セット（ごはん、スープ、搾菜）を足せるらしいので、海老と卵の炒めを注文。
10分ほどで到着。1人で切り盛りされている割には早かったです。まずはスープから。塩系と醤油系のちょうど中間、いいだしが出ています。無化調を謳うだけあり、やさしいがしっかりとした味です。
卵もちょうどよいかたさ加減。ぷりぷりの海老と相まって、やや塩味が強めでご飯が進みます。ご飯そのものもおいしいです。まるで和食系の店のようです。また、量も茶碗以上どんぶり未満のジャストサイズです。搾菜は塩辛さがあり、ビールにも合いそうです。
確かに複数人できて、数品頼んでシェアできたらより楽しめそうです。元々はお粥と点心がウリのお店だそうですので、香港系が少し入っており、香辛料もそんなにあからさまではないけれど、確かに効いています。
一人でも充分楽しめることがわかったので、次は点心や担々麺など色々試してみたいと思います。
それにしても、このようなクオリティのお店が、少し繁華街から外れただけで、並びなしで入れるのは、ありがたい限りです。平日はもっとお得ですが、1260円という価格帯もリーズナブル。ごちそうさまでした。
