前々から目を着けていた「ごう 大倉山店」に突撃！
「いらっしゃいませ～！」と店長と思われる女性にハスキーボイスでお出迎えされた！
店長が焼き場で他のスタッフ3名も全員女性！
店内を見渡すと見える限りでも7組の先客！
早い時間で客入りが！これは期待できる！
とりあえず生ビールでスタート！
お通しは塩昆布が載ったキャベツ。
ニンニクが効いている塩ダレが美味い！
さて焼鳥行きますか！
おまかせ○本盛合せとかはないのね！
半熟うずら、アスパラ巻き、砂肝、ハツ、せせり、むね皮、ボンジリ、ナンコツといぶりがっこチーズをオーダー！
その間に生ビールお代わりだな…
店長が手際良く焼鳥を焼いているのを見ながら暫く待っていると来ました✨！
一番串はハツ！
焼き加減が絶妙！
ナンコツ、半熟うずら、砂肝と続いて焼き上がってきた⤴️
ナンコツはコリコリ食感が堪らない！
半熟うずらは白身を噛むとプチっと黄身が口の中に広がって半熟というか中生だわ！
砂肝も鶏の味がしっかりしてて旨い！
そうこうしているうちにせせり、アスパラ巻き、ボンジリ、むね皮到着！
どれも串打ちも焼きも丁寧でいいね☺️！
系列店の「焼鳥パーラー ゴウ 武蔵小杉店」もあるみたい！
追加で牛スジ塩煮込みと鶏雑炊でフィニッシュ
締めて6,000円ちょっと！
生ビール4杯とこれだけ頼んでコスパいいな～
