以前TVで見かけて、インパクトあるメニューにそそられてこの度の訪問となりました。
お盆休みが近く、仕事も早めに終わりそうだったので、仕事帰りに湯河原の温泉へ向かう前のディナー利用です。
近くの駐車場に停めて、商店街をテクテク歩くと、開放的なかんじのお店がありました。
とりあえず、外観撮って中に入ると、お店の方が「どんどん撮ってください」と、うれしいお言葉。
こちらは綱島産の大葉を大量に使ったメニューがウリとのことで、そんなメニューをいただこうと来たわけなのデス。
まずは、ドリンク
最近サワー系の飲み物を飲むと悪酔いするので、せっかくの綱島サワーに躊躇したら、同行者がノンアルコールの「綱島ソーダ」をオーダーするとのことで、こっちで写真撮ればいいかなぁと(笑)
で、結局無難なSapporo赤星に。
ウォッカベースのソーダもあったようなのですが、ウォッカも昔からニガテで（苦笑）
まずはおつまみに「生胡椒カマンベール」を
たっぷりとオリーブオイルがかかったカマンベールに胡椒のスパイシーな香りと味が、夏バテ気味なからだに沁みわたります。
続いて、牛ハラミの大葉サラダ
牛が見えないほどの大葉のトッピングに、甘いトマトやレタスが入ったサラダ
ハラミもとても柔らかく、大葉の爽やかさと、酸味のあるドレッシングもおいしく、あっという間に完食！
そしていよいよ、大葉パスタです。
あ～～～！！！パスタが全く見えません（爆）
思わずリフトアップしてパチリ
ベースは塩味ですが、大葉の香りをこれでもかっ！！と味わえる逸品。
ガーリック風味も手伝って、とても元気が出る味でした。
何より、こんな量の大葉をいただく機会はそうないし、なんだかからだが浄化されている気分になるのは私だけ？ｗ
綱島という場所は、農家さんが多いのかわかりませんが、トマトも地のものを使っているそうで、こういうお店はいいですねぇ。
そうそう、パートナーの綱島ソーダにもたっぷりと大葉が入っていて、飲んでみると、子供の頃おばあちゃんが作ってくれた梅干しの香りがしました。
あれは梅ではなく、大葉の香りだったんだなぁ・・・と、今さらながら納得(笑)
店長さんらしき方が途中で出てきてくれて、TVの話しとか少しさせていただきました。
とてもフレンドリーでありながら嫌味のない接客で、女性の店員さんもとても愛らしい方でしたよ。
帰りがけに送ってくださった際に「綱島サワー」のロゴ入りポストイットをいただきました♪
早速使わせていただきます。
お料理もおいしく、何より健康的な気分になるうえ、お店もオシャレで、さすがは横浜だなぁ・・・と思いました。
次回はランチでも訪問したいです。
