このお店の太極図を形どったスープ（ねばねば長芋ヘルシースープ）をどうしても飲んでみたかったんです〜〜
結論から言うと美味しかったです〜〜〜。見た目も可愛いし。ただラーメン丼並みの大きな入れ物に大量に入ってきますので要注意です
白い部分が長芋スープです。緑色の部分は青菜で色付けられていて、少し苦味と青臭さがあります。葉っぱ類が嫌いな人は苦手な味かもしれません。でも健康にはとっても良さそうです
滑らかで上品な旨味で優しい味わいのスープでしたよ〜〜
他にも麻婆豆腐や小籠包海鮮そば等々を食べましたが、どれもこれも美味しかったです
あ、小籠包は他のお店に比べるとサイズが大きいので、取り分ける時には細心の注意が必要です
最近、化学調味料不使用のお店が流行っているようで、一部に「うちは化学調味料不使用だかんね。だから旨味が薄いんだよね。マズイ？それは客の舌がバカなんだよ」って態度のお店がありますが、アレって単なる怠慢だと思います
だって、こちらのお店は、どれもこれも料理がおいしかったですもの！
海鮮そばなんて、その辺のヘタなラーメン屋さんより ずっと美味しい！！
麺はプリプリシコシコとコシがあるし、汁も旨味が濃厚でしょっぱくないし！！
他にも気になるメニューが沢山あるので、また訪問したいです
